A successor to the Xperia Z5 Premium(2015), the XZ Premium is a plus-sized device with a Stunning key-features like 5.46 inch 4k IPS LCD display, Android 7.1(nougat), 19MP rear and 13MP front camera, 4GB RAM , non removable Li-ion 3230 mAh battery and its latest 960fps ultra slow motion video.It will be available globally in two colours – luminous chrome and deep sea black.
The sony’s new premium flagship comes with the Triluminos Display Technology. It has been designed with a lot of bezel area(which increases its dimensions), corning gorilla glass protection on both front and back, but the sides of phone are noticeably plastic, and it’s this material which you feel when you hold the phone.the Xperia XZ Premium’s display also supports mobile HDR. That seems to be the new flagship feature this year.
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, which is ideally positioned to line up with your finger when you’re holding the phone. There is a 3230mAh battery capacity on board, along with all Sony’s latest battery technology including Smart Stamina, Battery Care and support for Quick Charge 3.0. It is also have faster CPU(63% faster than xperia z3).

XA1 gives the lowest resolution of all with its 720p screen, providing a pixel density of 245ppi.
The Xperia XA1 and XA1 Ultra both run on an octa-core MediaTek processor with 32GB of RAM. The XA1 has 3GB of RAM support and a 2300mAh battery, while the XA1 Ultra has 4GB of RAM and a 2700mAh battery.All four devices have microSD support for storage expansion, as well as USB Type-C. The XZ Premium and XZs both support high-res audio and offer digital noise cancelling.
Both xperia xz premium’s and XA ultra’s rear camera have features like Sony Exmor RS IMX258 image sensor with quick launch and also features hybrid auto-focus that utilizes phase detection auto focus that can focus the object within 0.03 seconds and front camera featuring Sony Exmor RS IMX234 image sensor and 88-degree depth of field. The front facing camera also features an LED flash and Optical Image Stabilization. The rear-facing camera, however, does not feature optical image stabilization.
Overall, it may be said that Sony has put in effort in making the Xperia XZ Premium their best flagship smartphone till date.Sony has deployed all the latest technology in the XZ Premium. It has the nicest design, most advanced display and it comes with the most powerful hardware and the newest camera. It will be expensive though and it doesn’t stand out in all ways – the battery is fairly average for example and the design, while striking, is also something of a fingerprint magnet.But it lives up to the name. If you want a premium handset and aren’t afraid to pay for it the Sony Xperia XZ Premium is highly recommended.
